ActivAll

ActivAll took part in the sixth annual Surrey Para Games

On the 4th July 2019, ActivAll took part in the sixth annual Surrey Para Games after being invited by Paralympic champion Rachel Morris (MBE).

The aim of the games is to encourage the inclusion of all children in school sports, no matter what their mental and physical ability.

ActivAll has been a fantastic addition to the event this year and it’s been really obvious the difference in the way that children are interacting with new people but also just going up to something that they don’t recognise and a lot of these children really struggle with that. So the way that they are working and the fact that it’s engaging them is really exciting from my point of view. I work with a lot of coaches in a lot of different sports who really struggle to engage with children so to have that level of involvement with this particular group of children, I’m really excited about it, so thank you.

Jeremy Hunt – Surrey Para Games 2019

South West Surrey MP Jeremy Hunt was in attendance to open the games, as well as kayaker Chris Carson and Rachel Morris who had a go on one of the ActivAll boards.

We at ActivAll believe that all children, no matter what their mental and physical abilities should be able to access sport, and the benefits it brings, both in and out of schools. ActivAll allows children the opportunity to take part in a cardio exercise that is enjoyable and engaging and offers benefits ranging from strengthening of hand-eye coordination to increased focus.
